TOSHIBA NETBOOK NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME : TOSHIBA MINI NB205-N313/P 10.1-INCH POSH PINK NETBOOK - 9 HOUR BATTERY LIFE (Asus eee pc 353)

I bought the Toshiba NB205 netbook-310 computer and received last week. I was very excited after reading reviews from other Macintosh users. I was very disappointed. In total I spent four hours on the phone with tech support and had the computer to its factory state again. Eventually (after two days of trying to get it working), the mouse pad would not respond. Even with an external mouse connected, the cursor would not move. I gave him and took him back. Maybe I just have a lemon. Who knows?
Has a great screen and the keyboard is close to the feeling of my Mac Book Pro, but because he had so many problems, I can not tell you much more. I think about ordering another one (in case I had a lemon) because of the rave reviews of others. Or maybe you have to wait and hope to solve these problems.
