return it to the dealer when you find that you have a defective touchpad.
You will know that from day one.
My mom bought and decided to live with her, even though I said the touchpad is often (at least once every 5 minutes, if not more from the touchpad) will react.
After 3 weeks and about 14 days return policy at Best Buy, has stuck with this pain in the ass netbook.
I had to waste time to solve technical support, who pretended to be helping me making me clean the hard drive and return it to the software factory. They know that this is a hardware problem, but not admit it.
Now they are sending me the window, so I sent in for repair that will last at least a month.
